BDA Cares Flagship Charities
Since 2000, BDA has donated more than $650,000 to the Rivkin Center. These funds have directly supported critical cancer research, including the development of a symptom-screening questionnaire designed to boost early detection of ovarian cancer. The Arizona-based Support, Education, Empowerment & Directions (SEEDs) program provides support services to domestic abuse survivors that promote long-term self-sufficiency. BDA Cares funded the purchase of the first Susan’s House, which provides women a bridge from residential/institutional programs to independent living.Learn More
It was announced at Rock the Needle 2013 that BDA Cares is financing the construction of Susan’s Youth Center at Washington state’s largest confidential and completely secure domestic violence housing facility. The first phase of the 3.1-acre campus is on schedule to open this October.
